Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Melaka, Malaysia is seeking a process technician for our clean-room wafer fabrication line. You will perform technical tests and experiments, monitor line operations, and provide guidance to process development and engineering teams.

You will support production concerns, assist with testing new products, and interface with engineering and manufacturing groups to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent training.
• Or 3 years of experience processing wafers in a semiconductor environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to improve fab performance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in wafer fabrication.
• Monitor, audit, and guide line operators on the production floor.
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering.
• Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups to resolve issues efficiently.
