Texas Instruments Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks an experienced Equipment Engineer to play a pivotal role in sustaining and improving semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will evaluate and implement cost-effective tooling, oversee installations and upgrades, and lead maintenance programs to maximize uptime.

The role requires at least 5 years in a semiconductor environment, with knowledge of AMAT PVD/TxZ and vacuum systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor equipment engineering.
• Exposure to test equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, select and order equipment for cost-effective manufacturing.
• Oversee installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and uptime initiatives.
• Develop maintenance schedules and preventive programs.
• Provide technical support to repair and process engineering teams.
• Stay current on equipment notices, upgrades and safety issues.
