Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct detailed diagnostics on engine, electrical, and HVAC systems using VW tools.
• Identify issues from complaints and diagnostics; repair or replace faulty components.
• Document tasks, parts used, and labor in the service management system.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
