You will collaborate with data stewards, document governance processes, and promote best practices while ensuring BCBS 239 compliance. Prior banking sector experience and Collibra proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in data-related disciplines (e.g., Data Governance, Data Management, Regulatory Reporting, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL or Data Architecture).
• Proven experience in data stewardship and governance within the banking sector.
• Ability to design and implement data quality rules and resolve data issues across various domains, including regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for banks, including BCBS 239.
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools, particularly Collibra, and knowledge of DG tools (e.g., Alation, Informatica) and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Excellent documentation, process management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience in banks or consulting firms advising banking clients on governance frameworks is valuable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Implement data stewardship principles aligned with the data governance framework and policies.
• Collaborate with business units and Data Stewards to classify data, validate processes, and enforce data quality rules.
• Document and maintain data governance processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Support data lineage activities to ensure data traceability and integrity.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and adopting data governance tools like Collibra.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including BCBS 239, across data governance activities.
• Promote best practices in data governance and data quality stewardship.
• Provide training and support to data stewards and stakeholders on governance practices.
