You will develop visual merchandising strategies that align with client campaigns and brand identities, collaborating across marketing, design, and retail teams.

The role emphasizes creativity, cross-functional teamwork, and hands-on implementation, including events, POS materials, and digital content alignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, visual merchandising, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities with an eye for design, colour and layout.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of brand management, retail marketing, and consumer psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Malay and Chinese is beneficial.
• Flexibility to visit retail locations or client sites as needed.
• Preferably experience with retail environments, e-commerce platforms, or event marketing.
• Familiarity with social media visual content creation and digital marketing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts and displays that attract customers and align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive visual strategies across multiple touchpoints and retail environments.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor visual merchandising trends to inform recommendations.
• Design point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional displays that communicate marketing messages.
• Manage inventory and coordinate installation of visual displays in retail spaces, ensuring brand standards.
• Maintain detailed records of visual merchandising projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Operate printing-related equipment and software (Illustrator, Photoshop) to support campaigns.
• Liaise with designers, suppliers and contractors for related matters.
• Participate and train B2B customers during events or exhibitions.
• Coordinate with digital agency/team to plan digital ads/content aligned with campaigns.
• Brief KOLs and content creators to ensure brand tone and goals.
• Monitor digital engagement and content performance to inform future strategies.
• Support the broader marketing team with additional projects and administrative tasks.
