Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Visual Merchandising Executive to plan, develop, and implement display strategies that reflect brand guidelines and boost sales across Malaysia’s extensive pharmacy network.

You will coordinate with store teams and vendors, maintain consistent branding, support new store openings, train staff, and ensure timely setup of displays while exploring sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Management, or related field.
• Preferably 2 years of merchandising/retail store experience.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Willing to travel outstation and perform night duties including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement visual display strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with store teams and vendors for timely display setup and dismantling.
• Maintain branding consistency across all store formats.
• Support new store openings, refits and remerchandising projects with deadlines.
• Prepare display guidelines and layout plans based on floor plans.
• Conduct store visits to assess display quality and compliance.
• Provide guidance to store teams on VM execution and standards.
• Ensure regulatory display requirements are met and stay updated on trends.
