Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia is hiring a Planogram Specialist to plan and optimize store layouts, category planograms, and product displays through sales analysis and space management. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure execution across all retail channels.

The role involves updating planograms for new stores and renovations, coordinating changes with store teams, and supporting openings. Travel may be required to multiple locations within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain planograms for new, renovated, and existing stores.
• Understand product display concepts and customer shopping behaviour.
• Construct category layouts and shelf arrangements to improve customer flow.
• Prepare sales, range, and space reports for store planning.
• Update existing planograms and publish new layouts to stores.
• Coordinate and communicate planogram changes with store teams.
• Support new store openings and renovation projects.
• Conduct store site visits to ensure correct planogram execution.
• Generate basic reports and provide accurate data to relevant departments.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by superior.

• Prepare sales, range, and space reports for store planning
• Update existing planograms and publish new layouts to stores

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Spaceman, JDA, Shelf Planning or other major planogram system is an advantage
• Possess own transport & willing to travel when required
