Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will implement visual standards, curate styling, and collaborate with Store Management to drive sales and ensure an inspiring customer experience.

You will analyze sales performance, manage stock, and leverage trends to coach the store team. Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions and support expansion projects across the Sales Market.

Qualifications

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of analyzing sales reports and the selling equation.
• Ability to coach and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
