Job summary

Dôme Café in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Marketing Designer to create marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, and brand activations. You will adapt visuals for posters, menus, social media, and websites, ensuring brand consistency and premium positioning.

You will drive content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, collaborate with the team on visual storytelling, organize files and liaise with printers, and manage projects from start to finish to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Creative and curious with an interest in design, social media, content, and lifestyle trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible in handling assigned projects.
• Positive team player who is open to feedback and willing to improve.
• Commercial-minded with strong attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to learn new tools and creative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, product launches, festive menus and brand activations.
• Prepare polished, print-ready artwork for posters, table talkers, menu inserts and other in-café materials.
• Create digital assets and engaging materials for social media, the website, eDMs, and delivery platforms.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and reflect Dôme Café’s premium positioning.
• Adapt existing visuals into required formats and sizes, including resizing and localisation.
• Develop original content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, highlights and carousels.
• Organise all working files and asset packs for Marketing and Operations teams.
• Liaise with printers and vendors to coordinate handover and production specs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to strengthen creative output.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
