• At least 5 years of secondary educational leadership experience.

• Willingness to learn about IB philosophy and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Middle and Senior Schools academically, professionally, and pastorally.
• Drive curriculum development and assessment to improve achievement.
• Supervise and develop staff while promoting wellbeing and collaboration.
