Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Vision Manager to lead and hands-on manage Vision R&D and solution development in a relocation-to-China context. You will build core expertise and act as SME for complex issues while driving innovative technology exploration.

You will manage multiple R&D projects, train and develop teams, and define execution plans with cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Engineering/Science (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Optical/Photonics) with at least second upper.
• ≥7 years’ experience in a related managerial role.
• Strong in software programming, optical inspection, and image processing.
• Experience with vision libraries (Halcon, Euresys, OpenCV).
• Proficient in Visual C++, C#, VB.NET.
• Proven track record leading high-performing R&D teams.
• Experience in machine vision or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Suzhou, China.
