Exis Tech Sdn. Bhd. is growing its engineering team in Malaysia to deliver high-speed automation solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company seeks motivated graduates with electrical, mechatronic, or computer science backgrounds to support field engineers, evaluate vision systems, and manage customer projects.

You will document work, train customers, and travel as required while contributing to the design and implementation of turnkey automation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, CS or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of vision/optical inspection systems required.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication and QC beneficial.
• Programming in C++, C#, or Python is a plus.
• Able to troubleshoot electronics/PC hardware.
• Good English communication skills; travel may be required.
