Job summary

Faire Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a dependable driver to provide safe, timely transportation for the CEO, management, employees, and authorized personnel.

You will support company operations and assist with meetings, site visits, roadshows, events, and personal assignments, while ensuring vehicles are clean and roadworthy.

Duties include routine vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, coordinating servicing, and maintaining logs of usage, mileage, fuel, and routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for management, CEO, employees, and authorized personnel.
• Support company operations and administrative transportation needs.
• Handle approved VIP, family, personal assignments with discretion.
• Assist with transportation for meetings, site visits, roadshows, exhibitions, company events, and business functions.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any defects, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and related vehicle maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and transportation logs.
• Review and re-plan travel routes to ensure punctuality and compliance with laws and company driving policies.
