Job summary

Beningging Studio in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor Intern to join our team. You will assist on-site for corporate events and product shoots, and contribute to editing and post‑production to deliver polished clips for social media.

This internship offers hands-on experience with professional camera gear, lighting, and audio. You’ll build your portfolio, collaborate with a small team, and travel to shoots around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Qualifications

• Interest in videography, photography, editing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Familiar with camera operations, framing and lighting.

Beningging Studio is a creative production studio specialising in event videography, event photography, product photography, and commercial video production. We work with various businesses, brands, and event organisers to produce professional visual content for marketing and social media platforms. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Videographer & Video Editor Intern to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Attend on-site shooting assignments with our team, covering corporate events, seminars, product launches, exhibitions, and other commercial events.

Assist in filming product videos, food and beverage content, and promotional videos for brands and businesses.

Handle video editing and post-production of footage captured during shooting assignments.

Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).

Assist with camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and other production equipment.

Organise footage, select the best shots, and ensure video projects are delivered according to deadlines.

Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas for video content.

About you

Interested in videography, photography, video editing, and content creation.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Familiar with camera operations, framing, composition, and basic lighting.

Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Willing to travel for on-site shooting assignments around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Own laptop is preferred. Camera equipment is provided when required.

Hands-on experience in real commercial photography and videography projects.
