Job summary

Kredence Creative Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Video Producer Intern to support our Marketing (Content) team. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating video shoots, talent sourcing, location scouting, prop prep, and production planning in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will work with Content and Creative teams from pre-production to on-site filming, assisting on shoots and managing logistics for diverse client projects.

• Support pre-production activities such as research, script formatting, storyboard preparation, production scheduling, call sheets, and logistics coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and recce sessions to evaluate filming locations and requirements.
• Coordinate talents, including casting submissions, communications, briefing, call times, and wardrobe coordination for on-site shoots.
• Source, prepare, and organize props and wardrobe; maintain production equipment before and after shoots.
• Assist in operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools on set.
• Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and social media trends.
• Support other content production and marketing initiatives as assigned.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Producer Intern to join our Marketing (Content) team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in video production, including talent sourcing and coordination, location scouting and site inspections, prop preparation, and production planning within a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

As a Video Producer Intern, you will work closely with the Content and Creative teams throughout on pre-production planning to on-site filming. You will gain practical exposure to coordinating video shoots, managing production logistics, assisting on on-site video shoot while supporting projects for a diverse range of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content team in planning, coordinating, and executing video productions for client and internal projects from pre-production through post-production.
• Support pre-production activities such as research, script formatting, storyboard preparation, production scheduling, call sheets, production checklists, and logistics coordination.
• Conduct site inspections and recce sessions to evaluate filming locations, identify production requirements, and ensure locations are suitable for shooting.
• Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating talents, including managing casting submissions and communications, briefing, call times, wardrobe coordination to ensure a smooth on-site production experience.
• Source, prepare, purchase, and organise props and wardrobe required for video productions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure production timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in preparing, checking, packing, transporting, and maintaining production equipment before and after shoots.
• Assist in operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools during filming while supporting the production crew on set.
• Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques, social media trends, and content creation best practices.
• Support other creative content production and marketing initiatives as assigned
