Collaborating with the Marketing team, you will create engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms while ensuring branding consistency and high production standards.

Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, promotional campaigns, corporate events, training, and internal communications.
Capture professional-quality footage using cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Ensure all video productions meet the company's quality and branding standards.
Organise and prepare filming schedules, locations, props, and equipment.
Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, and in-store displays.
Add graphics, titles, transitions, music, subtitles, voice-overs, and animations where appropriate.
Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation for different platforms.
Deliver videos in the required formats and resolutions.
Develop creative video concepts and storyboards in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Produce promotional videos for products, services, festive campaigns, and company events.
Create short-form videos suitable for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Support employer branding by producing recruitment and corporate culture videos.
Capture product, event, staff, and corporate photographs when required.
Edit and retouch images for marketing and promotional use.
Maintain consistency in image quality and branding.
Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, stabilisers, drones (where licensed), and other production equipment.
Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained, and ready for use.
Recommend upgrades or replacement of production equipment when necessary.
Coordinate filming schedules with internal departments and external vendors.
Work closely with Graphic Designers, Marketing Executives, Digital Marketing personnel, and branch teams.
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Organise and maintain the company's video library and digital assets.
Archive project files and ensure proper backup of all media.
Monitor current video production trends and recommend new creative ideas.
Ensure all video content complies with company branding guidelines.
Obtain necessary permissions and releases for filming where applicable.
Ensure the use of licensed music, graphics, fonts, and other creative assets.
Assist during company events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional roadshows.
Support live streaming or virtual events when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
