Job summary

Legendary Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a video editor in Malaysia to craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. You will enhance footage with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and color correction while aligning with brand marketing goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines, with proficiency in Mandarin and English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in Mandarin and English.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is a plus.
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Responsibilities

Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Enhance videos with subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and color correction.
Ensure videos align with the brand's identity, marketing objectives, and current social media trends.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to develop compelling video content.
Organize and manage video files and project assets efficiently.
Repurpose existing footage into multiple creative formats for different platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest editing techniques, social media trends, and content styles to keep our videos fresh and engaging.
