Job summary

Konvy Malaysia is seeking a Video & Content Lead to spearhead the company’s video and content strategy across beauty brands, with a strong focus on short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This hands-on leadership role combines creative judgment with commercial thinking, directing production, planning content calendars, and ensuring content supports launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, video production, content marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience leading a content or creative team is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of short-form videos, from concept and scripting through filming, editing and publishing.
• Develop platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement, watch time and conversions.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, TikTok Shop, E‑commerce, Affiliate/KOL and Live Commerce teams.
• Develop repeatable content formats to scale across brands.
