Job summary

PINNACLE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a Video Content Editor cum Graphic Designer in Klang Valley to craft photorealistic renders, aerials, and animated walkthroughs from architectural models for marketing and planning.

You will collaborate with architects and marketing teams to deliver on-brand, timely assets. Role requires editing videos for social media and campaigns, developing short-form content, and managing multiple projects while staying aligned with branding.

Qualifications

• Proven editing ability for photorealistic renders and video content.
• Strong command of English; Malay and Mandarin preferred to engage with clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple editing tasks.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit property tours, project reviews, personal branding, lifestyle content and all others content.
• Create AI-generated video content using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, or similar platforms.
• Edit and deliver videos for social media, performance ads, and brand campaigns (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, RedNote etc).
• Produce original short-form content from scratch.
• Brainstorm content concepts, hooks, storytelling angles, shots and visual ideas together with the team.
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, subtitles, graphics, music and overall visual presentation.
• Design marketing and promotional materials including posters, social media creatives, banners, brochures, programmes, and digital advertisements.
• Repurpose content appropriately for different social-media platforms.
• Keep up with current social-media trends and suggest new formats, ideas or creative directions worth testing.
• Help maintain a consistent content schedule and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with the company’s branding and content style.
• Attend property shoots and other content production around Malaysia when required.
• Supporting simple graphic adaptations such as banners, thumbnails, and static visuals.
• To undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to time

As a property developer focused on architectural visualization, we are seeking a talented individual to create captivating 3D visuals that bring our projects to life. In this full-time position based in Klang Valley you will play a crucial role in our design and marketing efforts. Join our creative and dynamic team as a Video Content Editor cum Graphic Designer to produce visuals that drive pre-sales and planning approvals.

Role overview

You will produce high-quality photorealistic exterior/interior renders, aerials and animated walkthroughs from architectural/BIM models for marketing and planning. Work collaborate with architects, marketing and sales teams to deliver on‑brand, on‑time assets.

Key responsibilities (concise); What you'll be doing

Film and edit property tours, project reviews, personal branding, lifestyle content and all others content;

Create AI-generated video content using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, or similar platforms;

What we're looking for; preferred technical and soft skills

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent software;

Must be familiar to use Ai tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux or equivalent Ai software to automate and generate editing tasks;

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);

Good understanding of social media video trends and editing styles;

Creative with a good eye for visual presentation and timing;

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple editing tasks;

Attention to detail and willingness to learn new editing techniques;

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and respond effectively to feedback;

Keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, visually stunning work;

Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders;

Client/sales-focused, deadline-driven and detail-oriented;

Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantage
