Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a talented video producer and content creator to support our growing brand in Kuala Lumpur. You will shoot and edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, craft engaging captions, and manage posting schedules.

The role also includes light personal assistant duties for the CEO, coordinating events, and liaising with internal teams. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply and you’ll work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video production, content creation, or social media management.
• Portfolio of video work (YouTube/TikTok/Instagram or similar) is a MUST.
• Experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is a plus.
• Proficient in video editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiar with lighting, cameras, audio equipment, and studio setup.
• Basic YouTube SEO knowledge and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: shoot, edit, and produce videos for multiple platforms.
• Social Media Management: plan, schedule, and publish content across major networks.
• PA Duties: manage CEO calendar, emails, and events coordination.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute campaigns.
• Track analytics and provide weekly performance insights.
