As a Content Creator, you will be responsible to create high-quality video and visual content that supports STM Lottery's corporate communications, brand positioning, community engagement and digital communications initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to bring your creativity to the forefront, crafting content that drives our brand awareness and engagement to new heights.
What You'll Be Doing
- Video Production
- Conceptualise, script, storyboard, shoot and edit video content for corporate communications and digital platforms.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, interviews, event coverage, corporate videos and other visual storytelling content.
- Handle camera operation, lighting, sound recording and basic production setup.
- Edit footage, perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics and subtitling.
- Adapt content into different formats for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Photography & Visual Content
- Capture photographs for corporate events, CSR programmes, internal communications and digital platforms.
- Produce supporting graphics, thumbnails, infographics and other visual assets where required.
- Content Development
- Work with the Communications team to develop creative concepts aligned with corporate campaigns and communication objectives.
- Translate corporate initiatives, community programmes and organisational activities into engaging visual stories.
- Maintain a content calendar and support the execution of digital campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, formats and audience behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to improve the reach and engagement of STM Lottery's visual content.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve future video and visual content.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Film, Mass Communications, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of practical experience in videography, video production, content creation or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent professional video-editing software.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, lighting, audio recording and visual storytelling.
- Experience producing short-form content for social media platforms.
- Drone videography and photography skills are an advantage.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Willingness to travel for events, corporate activities and content production when required.
