• Degree holder in any related fields.
• Over 5 years’ experience in financial institutions, preferably within the banking industry.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in business-level English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.

• Lead the formulation and execution of SMBC Malaysia's business strategy to drive sustainable growth.
• Serve as Policy Owner for the New Product Process framework and governance.
• Coordinate bank-wide projects with Management and regional offices; provide insights and reporting.
• Support budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and business planning activities.
• Promote business growth through planning, opportunities, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Collaborate with management accounting for budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management Committees and stakeholders.
