Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a VP in Business Banking Product Management to shape financial solutions for business customers. You will work with stakeholders to design, launch and refine products, driving growth and KPI delivery while staying ahead of market needs.

The role requires a business/finance degree and a minimum of 7 years' product management experience, with strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 7 years of product management experience.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop product proposition and strategy to grow the financing portfolio.
• Drive product acquisitions, balances and deployment to hit KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define features and system enhancements.
• Manage regulatory and system reporting requirements.
• Partner with digital marketing on campaigns for digital products.
• Provide training on new products and support day-to-day inquiries.
