Job summary

Kenanga Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Wealth Management Product professional to evaluate and onboard third-party fund partners, drive product availability, and manage revenue optimisation across distribution channels.

You will lead in partnerships, market intelligence, and sales support to achieve Wealth Management targets, while coordinating campaigns and joint events with product suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within financial institutions, asset management, or investment banking focusing on product development, fund placement, or wealth management solutions.

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage multiple 3rd Party Unit Trusts and PRS partners and products.
• Maintain strategic commercial relationships with 3rd party fund providers and product suppliers to drive product availability and revenue optimisation.

Job description

• Tasked to evaluate, onboard, and manage multiple 3rd Party Unit Trusts and Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) partners and products.
• Maintain strategic commercial relationships with 3rd party fund providers and product suppliers to drive product availability and revenue optimisation.
• Provide lead support in originating sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and joint promotional events to achieve Wealth Management sales targets and fee income profitability.
• Provide comprehensive sales support, market intelligence, product training, and joint field activities for distribution channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Net fee income and revenue contribution from 3rd party fund shelf.
• Annual product shelf review completion.
• Number of formal partner reviews and QBRs conducted.
• Total sales production and AUM growth achieved via campaigns.
• Sales channel participation rate and campaign ROI.
• Number of sales support toolkits deployed and training
• sessions/roadshows conducted.

3.Partners & Product Emplacement (Onboarding)

• Number of 3rd party fund proposals evaluated and onboarded.
• Turnaround time from product evaluation to launch readiness.
• Full compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.

4.Product Planning & Market Analysis

• Percentage of viable product ideas generated and commercialised.
• Delivery of monthly/quarterly market intelligence reports to key stakeholders
