Job summary

Affin Bank Berhad is seeking a professional for a role in Wealth Management across Branch, Premier and Private Banking channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching new products, running sales campaigns, and working closely with compliance and legal teams for product approvals.

Role in Wealth Management across Branch, Premier and Private Banking channels. Responsible for launching new Wealth Management products, running campaigns to increase sales and fee revenue, and coordinating with risk, compliance, audit and legal for product approval.

• Contribute in Wealth Management business for both Branch, Premier and Private Banking channels.
• Launch new Wealth Management products and run campaigns to increase sales and fee revenue.
• Work closely with risk, compliance, audit and legal for product approval.
• Assist to drive goals and build strong brand name, acquire new customers, deepen customer relationships and establish long term and profitable customers.
• Launch projects and campaigns to increase Wealth Management sales and fee revenue of existing products.
• Promote product bundling with other bank products to enhance cross selling efforts and increase customer product ratio.
• Conduct regular product audits of specific opportunities across the product shelf.
• Develop subject matter expertise to prospectus and other regulatory documents.
• Do analysis and review of product pricing and profit metrics.
• Collect feedback from frontline and respond to feedback to enhance product offering and service delivery.
• Participate in wealth related projects for further product and system enhancement.
• Lead on implementation for new partnerships of insurance partners.
• Co-lead for Banca matters related.
