Job summary

AMAN SURIA PETS HEALTH VETERINARY CLINIC SDN. BHD. is seeking an assistant to support veterinarians in daily tasks, maintain cleanliness of kennels and wards, and assist with surgeries and patient care. The role also involves front desk support and medication dispensing.

Fresh graduates or diploma/degree holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be able to work independently and handle cats and dogs with confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable handling cats and dogs.
• Able to restrain both cats and dogs.
• Fresh graduates or Diploma/Degree holders encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and initiate actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of animals, kennels and catteries.
• Uphold general hygiene of the workplace.
• Feed, monitor, and treat patients as needed.
• Assist during surgeries: setup and post-surgery cleanup.
• Keep records of medications and other goods.
• Support front desk and customer service.
• Greet customers and assist with patient registration.
• Dispense medications as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Assisting veterinarians in day to day tasks.

Maintaining cleanliness of animals , kennel and catteries.

Upkeep the general hygiene of the work place .

Feeding, monitoring and treatments of patients.

Assist the Veterinarians during surgeries, setting up for operation and cleaning up post surgery.

Up keep records of received of medication / non medications goods.

Support Front Desk / Customers Service.

Serve customers by greeting, welcoming, and patients reqistering.

Dispense medication.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable in handling Cats and Dogs.

Able to restrain both Cats and Dogs.

Candidates with SPM / 'O' Level .

Fresh graduates/ Diploma/Degree level are encouraged to apply

Ability to assess and initiate things independently.
