Job summary

Sunsuria is seeking a compassionate clinic assistant to join our veterinary support team in Malaysia. You will assist with patient care, keep facilities clean, manage supplies, and support veterinarians in procedures. Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Training will be provided. You should communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and handle pets with tenderness and care, contributing to a positive, professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, including feeding, medicating, and nursing support.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, equipment, and animal enclosures.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and proper handling of medications and pet food.
• Coordinate appointments, update client records, and send reminders.
• Process invoices, handle payments, and assist with daily closing.
• Support veterinarians and technicians with procedures and treatments.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by Management.
