Job summary

Versa Asia is seeking a mid-level Frontend/Interface Engineer to design, build, and maintain interfaces across Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as an internal web portal. This UX-centric role partners with designers and backend engineers to ship polished interfaces from the first build through ongoing maintenance.

You will own interfaces end-to-end, contribute to code quality, and stay updated with frontend tools and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Flutter for mobile apps.
• Experience with frontend frameworks across web/mobile.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Experience with Firebase Analytics and Authentication.
• Solid understanding of OO programming and software design.
• Experience with test automation.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ownership and accountability for work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing mobile interfaces across iOS and Android.
• Develop and maintain internal-facing tools, including our internal web portal.
• Own interfaces end-to-end from initial build through maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers throughout the build process.
• Own quality assurance for interfaces you build.
• Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Participate in code reviews and raise code quality.
• Stay current with evolving frontend tools and best practices.
