Job summary

Versa Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a mid-level Frontend / Interface Engineer to design, build, and maintain user interfaces across our Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android, and our internal web portal.

In a UX-centric role, you will collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ship polished interfaces, own them end-to-end, ensure quality, and continually improve code quality and development practices.

Qualifications

• Experienced frontend engineer with Flutter exposure.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Firebase, Analytics and Authentication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing mobile interfaces across iOS and Android.
• Develop and maintain internal-facing tools, including our internal web portal.
• Own interfaces end-to-end, from initial build through ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers throughout the build process.
• Own quality assurance for the interfaces you build.
• Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising the team’s code quality.

We’re hiring a mid-level Frontend / Interface Engineer to design, build, and maintain the interfaces our users and our internal teams rely on every day. You’ll work across our Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android as well as our internal web portal. This is a UX-centric role. Job Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience withFlutter, including building, deploying, and shipping apps to production.
• Working experience with and familiarity across frontend frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms.
• Experience with Firebase, including Analytics and Authentication.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and core software design principles.
• Experience with test automation.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and contribute toward business goals.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.
• Able to stay effective and level-headed when working under pressure.
