This role is not a primary automation developer role but focuses on managing the RPA infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and reliability while providing strong operational ownership. The position entails monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with various teams for effective platform management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Windows servers hosting unattended UiPath robots.
• Perform VM lifecycle management: build, patching, hardening, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Monitor and manage robot capacity, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot OS-level, connectivity, authentication, and execution issues.
• Coordinate with central Windows / Infrastructure / Security teams on patches and policy changes.
• Ensure servers comply with enterprise security and hardening standards.
• Manage UIPath license administration and optimization.
• Operational support for deployments, schedules, queues, assets, and credentials.
