Job summary

HelzaTech is looking for a UI/UX / Product Designer to design clean, intuitive and practical digital experiences across web applications, business systems, dashboards, mobile apps and client-facing platforms.

The role collaborates with clients, product stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces and complete product experiences. A strong portfolio and Figma experience are strongly preferred, with SaaS/dashboard experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX or product design work is required.
• Strong attention to detail and good visual judgement.
• Understanding of UX principles and ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Improving usability and navigation across products.
• Developing design systems and reusable components.
• Translating client requirements into practical UI/UX solutions.

The role will work closely with clients, product stakeholders and developers to turn business requirements into user-friendly interfaces and complete product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Creating wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Improving usability and navigation
• Developing consistent design systems and reusable components
• Translating client requirements into practical UI/UX solutions
• Collaborating closely with developers during implementation
• Reviewing completed builds for design accuracy
• Conducting basic user research and feedback sessions
• Continuously improving existing products based on usability and business needs

About you

• Strong attention to detail
• Good visual judgement
• Understanding of UX principles
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business requirements
• Comfortable designing both customer-facing applications and internal business systems, including CRM platforms, operational dashboards, quotation systems, booking systems, inventory systems and other custom software
• Experience with Figma is strongly preferred
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, web applications, mobile applications or business software would be an advantage
• Portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX or product design work is required
