Job summary

NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise apps. You will collaborate with Product, Business, Development and QA teams to translate user needs into compelling design solutions.

Responsibilities include designing interfaces, building wireframes and high-fidelity UI, conducting user research, and maintaining design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX Design or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, problem-solving and end-to-end design processes.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile and enterprise applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and usability testing to identify user needs.
• Translate business/user requirements into clear and practical design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QA throughout the process.
• Build, maintain and improve design systems, UI components and guidelines.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development handover.
• Review implemented designs with developers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Present concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers or interns when required.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple design tasks and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, problem-solving and end-to-end design processes.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Good understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and responsive design.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong visual design skills with good understanding of typography, colour, layout and spacing.
• Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage.
