We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer, AVEVA E3D to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. Successful candidates will be offered a Fixed Term Contract.

About the mission we offer you
- The Senior Engineer, AVEVA E3D is responsible for overall administration of the AVEVA E3D project database.
- Managing 3D CAD project team members, ensuring information management requirements are adhered to, and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholders.
Main Challenges
This position requires sound technical knowledge on AVEVA E3D administration, including customization capability, and leadership skills for managing a team across various geographical locations and cultures.
Main Accountabilities
- Act as a role model for the Project team members for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.EN’s purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future.
- Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel.
- Ensure compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (contractual requirements fulfilment, documents/databases delivered on time).
Project Execution Support
- Develop and ensure governance of Project 3D Modelling & Review Procedure and Project Work Instructions.
- Responsible for AVEVA E3D project database creation and maintenance.
- Overall coordination between T.EN operating centres and/or Project partners.
- Design and implement workshare practices and data transfer mechanisms between T.EN operating centres and/or Project partners.
- Manage AVEVA Global configuration and maintenance as Hub or Satellite.
- Liaise with Piping Material for extraction of Piping Classes and catalogue information from Smart Material (SMat) and checking against issued Piping Classes.
- Responsible for loading, updating and maintenance of specification and catalogue libraries for all disciplines, including vendor data incorporation.
- Responsible for Support Library customization as per Project Support Standard Specification.
- Setup and customize isometric, drawings and report templates as per project requirement.
- Troubleshoot technical problems on component placements, drawing or report generations; run interference check and its report generation.
- Configure and schedule extraction of 3D Model Review files.
- Prepare AVEVA E3D database for final handover, inclusive of Database Handover Note.
- Liaise with Data Engineer or Information Management Engineer, ensuring proper integration of AVEVA E3D with other engineering tools and respecting the Data‑Centric Approach.
Continuous Improvement and Expertise
- Support harmonization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools, ensuring standardized deployment of software and activities.
- Collect needs and feedback from the Project team for continuous improvement.
- Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continuous improvement in Alpha Omega.
- Conduct AVEVA E3D administrator training for junior team members.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Management.
- 10 years of working experience in AVEVA E3D administration.
- Experience in managing FEED, Detailed Design and EPC projects.
- Good understanding of engineering workflows, including inter‑discipline processes.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in a diverse working environment including counterparts from various geographical locations and cultures.
- Sound knowledge in AVEVA Programmable Macro Language (PML).
- Fundamental knowledge of information management requirements.
- Basic knowledge of 2D CAD applications such as MicroStation & AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in English.
