Job summary

Public Bank Berhad is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to oversee the Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and enhancements in Kuala Lumpur. You will bridge business users, technical teams, and vendors to align priorities, scope, and timelines, while translating business needs into detailed functional specs.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised Degree in Information Technology, Data Science or related discipline with minimum 3 years in Business Analysis or Project Management, preferably for Treasury Management Systems.
• Proficient in system scripting and configuration using Python and SQL.
• Able to deliver workable solutions and make clear decisions under pressure.
• Adept at managing concurrent project deliverables with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage system implementation, enhancements, and modifications for the Bank’s Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical team and vendor on priorities, scope, timelines and resources.
• Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare business requirement documents and translate into detailed functional specifications.
• Perform system configuration and customization per business requests.
• Conduct project evaluations to assess quality and execution.
