Deloitte is seeking an SR&T Consultant/Business Analyst (Treasury) in Malaysia to help clients optimize treasury operations and risk programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics, process improvements and compliance enhancements.

Qualifying candidates will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of treasury experience, with strong requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder management skills, plus familiarity with Agile and Jira/Confluence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury operation.
• Good understanding of Global Markets / Capital Markets, preferably FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Credit or Derivatives.
• Basic understanding of the trade lifecycle and front-to-back Markets processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and UAT experience.
• Experience working across Business, Operations and Technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile/Scrum experience and knowledge of Jira/Confluence preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Assess current-state processes and solutions.
• Support front-to-back change definition across the Markets trade lifecycle.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops and manage requirements across business and technology stakeholders.
• Support impact assessments, implementation readiness and post-implementation activities.
