Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Treasury Systems Administrator to support core treasury systems, dashboards, and banking connectivity.

You will collaborate with Treasury Operations, IT, accounting, tax, and banking partners to enable reliable, scalable treasury processes and analytics across the business. The role emphasizes governance, data validation, and automation with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Power Automate, requiring 2–5 years in corporate treasury and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Power Automate, or similar automation and analytics tools.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, financial systems, banking operations, finance technology, accounting, audit, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with financial systems, structured data, process documentation, and operational controls.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Treasury’s core systems, including user access, configuration, workflow maintenance, reporting setup, and system controls.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process maps to support operational continuity and audit readiness.
• Support system governance activities, including change management, access reviews, and control documentation.
• Assist with dashboards, data validation, and analytics supporting Treasury operations, liquidity, FX, and systems oversight.
• Work closely with Treasury Operations, Treasury Systems, FX, Accounting, IT, Tax, Legal, and banking partners.
• Support projects involving treasury system implementations, banking changes, payment process improvements, and digital transformation.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives that improve Treasury’s operational resilience, scalability, and reporting capabilities.
• Serve as a bridge between Treasury business users and technical system support teams.
