Deriv.com in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking an operational finance professional to join the settlements and crypto wallet team. You’ll process fiat and crypto movements, monitor wallet balances, and ensure accurate, timely settlements across multiple PSPs and entities.

You’ll work on an AI Treasury platform that will guide threshold settings, automations, and audits. This role blends hands-on operations with process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in settlements, payments ops, or treasury/ Accounts ops.
• Experience moving real money: bank wires, crypto, payouts.
• Solid crypto/Payments knowledge and operational perspective.

Responsibilities

• Process fiat and crypto settlements across multiple entities, payouts, and PSP top-ups.
• Manual wallet funding when automated sweeps fail or are insufficient.
• Split high-value transfers per risk-mitigation procedure and track turnaround times.
• Validate hashes against blockchain records and ensure accuracy in transfers.
• Onboard PSPs, document workflows, and manage incidents to maintain liquidity.
• Coordinate with custody and engineering on sweep configurations and thresholds.
