Deriv.com in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking an experienced settlements operations professional to manage fiat and crypto settlements, monitor wallet balances, and coordinate with the crypto custody and PSP teams. This role sits at the heart of our AI-driven treasury platform and requires precise, fast decision-making.

You will drive daily settlement movements, calibrate thresholds, and document processes to keep money flowing across 2.5M traders and dozens of providers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in settlements, payments operations, treasury operations, or accounts operations.
• Experience handling bank wires, crypto transfers, and payouts at scale.
• Solid understanding of crypto mechanisms, stablecoins, and on-chain verification.
• Familiarity with PSPs, banking rails, and settlement terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process fiat and crypto settlements across multiple entities and PSPs.
• Monitor wallet balances, calibrate thresholds, and coordinate with custody.
• Onboard PSPs, document workflows, and manage incidents affecting liquidity.
• UAT testing and collaboration with AI treasury platform improvements.
