Job summary

Pacific Inter-Link Sdn Bhd is seeking a Treasury Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to support the Shipping business line. This hands-on role reports to Finance Manager – Shipping with a dotted-line to the Treasury Director, Strategy & Compliance.

The position handles day-to-day treasury operations, bank administration, cash monitoring and payment coordination. For the Assistant Manager level, greater ownership of operational coordination and mentoring junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Treasury, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Typically 4–7 years of relevant treasury experience
Hands-on treasury operations, daily balance monitoring, and cash positioning
Experience with SAP for treasury processes
Strong Excel skills and data reporting
Knowledge of KYC, bank mandates and signatory management
Experience in multinational or multi-entity environment preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions across accounts with timely visibility
Coordinate approved operational payments and inter-account transfers within limits
Monitor banking cut-off times, transaction status and resolve issues with banks
Manage bank accounts, signatories and e-banking access
Maintain bank register, signatory lists, mandate records and reports
Prepare timely treasury reports on cash balances, payments and issues
