Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and funding requirements to ensure liquidity.

• Prepare treasury reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain treasury records.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and compliance.
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders on treasury matters.
• Ensure treasury activities align with company policies.
• Participate in process improvement to boost treasury efficiency.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Officer to support the Company's treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, banking transactions, funding activities, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to ensure the efficient management of the Company's liquidity and treasury processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily cash flow and funding requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Process payments, fund transfers, and banking transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support loan and financing activities and assist in cash management and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Prepare treasury reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for management review.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate treasury records.
• Support month-end closing processes, audit requirements, and compliance-related matters.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters.
• Ensure treasury activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance treasury operational efficiency.
