Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis / Treasury Manager for a property developer. You will maintain rolling 13‑week and 12‑month cash flow forecasts and manage all HDA mechanics to ensure funds are available at the right time.

Responsibilities include managing banking relationships and facilities, monitoring covenants, forecasting collections by project, and providing monthly treasury reporting to support decision making across multiple live projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred (MIA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW).
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in treasury or credit control.
• Experience in property development industry is essential.
• Experience managing multi-project, multi-entity structures.
• Housing Development Account mechanics and HDA 1966 compliance.
• Balance to completion, progress claims, retention and variation order treatment.
• MFRS 15 revenue recognition and the distinction between billings, collections and recognised revenue.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling 13‑week and 12‑month cash flow forecasts by project and group.
• Manage operating, project and HDA accounts; monitor balances and ensure timely funding.
• Ensure compliance with HDA restrictions and reporting (7F/7E).
• Prepare weekly payment runs; align outflows with certified collections.
• Manage banking relationships and group facility portfolio; monitor covenants and headroom.
• Forecast monthly collections by project and stage; report variances with drivers.
• Provide monthly treasury/credit board pack: cash position, debt usage, covenants.
• Establish single source of truth for sales, billing, collection and cost data.
