Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in travel and tourism.
• Diploma qualification in Tourism Management, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of travel reservations, booking procedures and arrangements.
• Experience handling corporate and government travel bookings is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete travel arrangements including flight reservations, hotels and ground transport.
• Coordinate corporate and government travel requirements professionally.
• Ensure itineraries and documents are accurate and delivered on time.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, airlines, and partners.
• Provide prompt responses and solutions to clients and maintain high service standards.
