Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Travel Product Development Executive to design and price inbound itineraries across Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. You will work with regional leaders, contracting teams, and B2B clients to craft compelling experiences that maximize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years in travel product development, itinerary creation, or inbound DMC operations.
• Proven knowledge of Peninsular Malaysia destinations; familiarity with Singapore and East Malaysia is a plus.
• Ability to price itineraries accurately and optimize margins.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, price, and deliver high-quality agent proposals and multiday itineraries on tight deadlines.
• Research and benchmark to create innovative, market-leading travel experiences and day tours.
• Collaborate with contracting and supplier teams to select optimal partners and maintain margins.
• Review existing portfolios and propose enhancements to pricing and itinerary appeal.
• Manage client files, costings, and product data per SOPs; ensure rapid handover to loading teams.
• Conduct product familiarization inspections across destination regions to ensure safety and quality.
