AstraZeneca plc is offering a structured Finance internship in Malaysia focused on Travel & Expense (T&E) operations. You will support daily expense submissions, respond to routine employee queries and assist with audit-like reviews within a global pharmaceutical finance environment.

The program seeks students or recent graduates in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, with strong English, Mandarin for China-related tasks, proficient Excel/PowerPoint, and a minimum 18-week commitment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Interest in finance operations, audit, controls, data analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Travel & Expense (T&E) transactional activities including reviewing expense submissions and responding to routine employee queries.
• Perform guided reviews of expense exceptions using T&E audit tools and defined procedures.
• Apply sound judgement to assess exceptions, document outcomes and support closure of audit findings.
• Monitor assigned work and complete follow-up actions within timelines, escalating risks when needed.
• Identify recurring submission issues and translate observations into actionable insights.
