• 5+ years Transfer Pricing experience for Team Leader.
• Experience in TP documentation, value chain analyses, benchmarking.
• Experience in project management and mentoring juniors.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements, overseeing a portfolio of clients and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of services.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value to clients and the firm.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and expanding existing client engagements.
• Clearly and effectively communicate transfer pricing concepts, both verbally and in writing, translating complex technical matters into concise, practical insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Simplify complex information by highlighting key issues, summarising critical points, and providing clear recommendations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by coaching team members, recognising individual strengths, and encouraging ownership of personal and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accountancy, or related discipline; relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Senior associate: 1 - 2 years of Transfer Pricing experience.
• Senior Consultant: 3-5years of Transfer Pricing experience.
• Team Leader: 5 years and above of Transfer Pricing experience
• Hands-on experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking studies, and supporting tax enquiries.
• Experience in project management and supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead a team of like-minded professionals.
• Sound judgement with the ability to identify and assess risk issues, and to elevate matters appropriately when required.
• Strong drive and enthusiasm for client service excellence, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Accredited Tax Professional will be an advantage.
