Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking a Training & Knowledge Transfer Engineer to design and deliver technical training on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, MDCA, Defender XDR, Intune and Purview for client teams in Malaysia.

You will create SOPs, runbooks, demonstrations, and handover materials, run hands-on workshops, and coordinate with IT, Endpoint, Identity, and SOC stakeholders to ensure BAU readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security training or enterprise technology delivery.
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA), Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of MDE onboarding, sensor health, MDCA connectors, MDCA alerts and data sources, Purview Information Protection, Sensitivity labels, DLP, Endpoint DLP, IRM, and DLM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured training and knowledge-transfer sessions for MDE, MDCA, and Purview.
• Conduct technical workshops covering onboarding, sensor health, policy behaviour, and DLP.
• Demonstrate configurations and explain monitoring, troubleshooting, and handover processes.
• Produce training materials, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and recorded sessions.
