Job summary

Two95 International Inc. seeks an experienced senior IT engineer to own Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and security/compliance services.

You will manage tenant governance, service health and lifecycle, and lead complex troubleshooting for hybrid configurations and endpoint management. You will also configure security controls, administer users and licensing, and develop automation with PowerShell, Graph and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT engineering, systems administration or enterprise support role, with hands‑on ownership of Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficient across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Strong governance, change management and tenant administration knowledge.
• Deep identity and access management knowledge including AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Advanced troubleshooting of mail flow, authentication, permissions and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical owner for Microsoft 365 administration, supporting secure, reliable and well-governed services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
• Manage the overall Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, service health, change readiness, governance and lifecycle management.
• Administer users, groups, roles, licensing, mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint sites and OneDrive services.
• Own complex Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, including mail flow, authentication, permissions, Teams meetings, collaboration, file access, OneDrive sync, compliance and endpoint-related issues.
• Configure and support Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, connectors, retention policies, shared mailboxes, hybrid Exchange considerations and email security controls.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams policies, meeting settings, voice/calling features, app permissions, lifecycle controls and collaboration integrations.
• Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive permissions, sharing settings, site collections, sync issues, data governance and user adoption improvements.
• Implement and monitor Microsoft security and compliance services, including Conditional Access, MFA, audit logging, Defender for Office 365, Defender XDR, Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery and sensitivity controls.
• Deploy, secure and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central and related tools, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, app protection and Windows Autopilot.
• Support and maintain Windows, macOS and Linux environments, including endpoint stability, application issues, patching, operating system configuration and performance troubleshooting.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and hybrid identity services, including Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, OU structure, sites and services, domain trusts and replication.
• Support infrastructure services including VMware/vSphere, Windows and Linux servers, storage, SAN/NAS technologies, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, networking fundamentals and cloud services such as Azure, AWS, EC2 and AWS WorkSpaces.
• Support and management of Confluence and Jira environments.
• Provide senior-level support for onsite and remote users across global offices, taking ownership of incidents, service requests and escalations through to resolution.
• Support and maintain meeting room and collaboration technologies, including Logitech Tap, Poly Studio and related audio-visual systems.
• Develop PowerShell, Bash, Microsoft Graph and Power Automate solutions to automate administration, reporting, provisioning, deprovisioning, monitoring and repeatable support tasks.
• Create clear documentation, runbooks and knowledge base articles to improve first-time fix rates and enable L1/L2 teams to resolve recurring issues confidently.
• Work within incident, problem, change and configuration management processes to ensure technical changes are assessed, approved, communicated and delivered safely.
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security, user experience, automation, licensing efficiency and operational processes.
• Collaborate with IT, security, infrastructure, application, finance and business teams to deliver BAU support, technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor colleagues, share technical knowledge and support the development of others across the IT team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Essential

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT engineering, systems administration or enterprise support role, including hands‑on ownership of Microsoft 365 services.
• First‑class Microsoft 365 administration capability across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Defender and Purview.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, service health, licensing, admin roles, secure configuration, governance and change management.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged roles and least‑privilege administration.
• Strong Exchange Online and mail flow troubleshooting skills, including transport rules, connectors, hybrid configurations, mailbox permissions, shared mailboxes, retention and email security.
• Strong endpoint management experience across Intune, Jamf, Endpoint Central or similar platforms, including Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment and device configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, networking, applications, endpoints, servers and collaboration tools.
• Confident PowerShell scripting ability for automation, reporting, bulk administration and repeatable operational tasks; Bash, Microsoft Graph and Power Automate experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, OU structures, AD replication, domain trusts, VMware/vSphere and enterprise infrastructure services.
• Experience with storage and infrastructure technologies including SAN, NAS, iSCSI and Fibre Channel.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure and AWS, including EC2 and AWS WorkSpaces.
• Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities including Defender, Purview, audit logging, DLP, eDiscovery, retention, sensitivity labels and threat protection.
• Experience working in fast‑paced enterprise environments with global users, onsite and remote support needs, ITSM tools, incident management and technical escalation processes.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and produce practical knowledge base material for IT colleagues and end users.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator, Teams Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator or Information Security Administrator are highly desirable.
• May occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours to support incidents, maintenance or project delivery.
