Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Malaysia. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude to drive sales and deliver excellent service.

The position offers a basic salary of RM1,700 with an attractive commission scheme, staff discounts across Senheng and senQ outlets, and potential overseas study trips for top performers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
• Minimum education is SPM/SKM or related
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (Sales Assistant position)
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good personality and confidence in hosting TikTok Live sessions
• Must have experience in TikTok Live sessions (company or personal experience is acceptable)
• Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 rest days
• Willing to work on 1 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Demonstrate a passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Preferably a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, confident and not shy
• Only open to those who can work for long term
