Job summary

Asia Baru Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Traffic Manager to supervise the Traffic Controller team on construction and infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate manpower deployment, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure the Traffic Management Plan is followed with proper maintenance of equipment. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field), a certified TMO, and several years’ experience in construction traffic management, with a preference

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Competent Traffic Management Officer (TMO) certificate.
Several years of experience in construction traffic management.
Preference for experience with infrastructure or roadworks projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the Traffic Controller team, including arranging manpower deployment and monitoring performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and authorities on all traffic management issues.
Ensure the Traffic Management Plan is implemented correctly and that traffic equipment is maintained and not wasted or stolen.
Monitor progress, record daily activities, and report on all traffic-related matters to the project management.
