Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred in Civil/Traffic/Construction fields.
• Certifications in Traffic Management or Safety Standards are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in traffic management or highway maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Traffic Toolbox and rollcall to site traffic personnel to ensure adequate numbers (Flagman, Traffic Management Team, Emergency Response Team).
• Explain project requirements to subcontractors, vendors, supervisors, and workers so activities and expectations are clear.
• Implement traffic management activities per client requirements and ensure compliance with guidelines and approved drawings.
• Conduct weekly compliance checks to maintain standards; document and submit records to internal and external parties.
• Inspect sites regularly to drive continual improvement and guide subordinates in duties; spend time on-site to review processes.
• Conduct On-Job-Training sessions on safety and provide guidance on current and future requirements; review procedures for improvements.
• Lead progress meetings with subcontractors and vendors; document discussions for Traffic Manager, Region submission.
• Prepare and submit supporting documents (Site Diary, JMR, Weekly Report) for claims within required timeframes.
• Ensure high compliance with SOP and company safety acts.
• Review work programs/TMP for all work related to lane closures before activation.
